Booking policy

To reschedule or cancel your appointment,

please give us notice of at least 48 hours before

your appointment time. (Payment will be

transferred to your next appointment).

 

Please be aware that payment is

not refundable if you give us

notice of less than 48 hours. 

 

No shows will be charged

100% of the treatment

cost. 

 

Clients later than 20min

will be considered a

no show, and will have

to re-book and pay

in full.

 

This policy is set as we

wouldn't be able to refill

the cancelled slot in

under 48 hours.
